If you arrive about an hour before school begins or arrive 20 minutes before school ends, people will be hanging around with their kids at the playground etc, and would be happy to sign. (See attached MPS bell schedule), tell Barbara where you plan to be, so we know which schools we covered

  6. Outside popular grocery stores if you are able to stand close enough to the doors on a public street to get people without getting shooed away by authorities
